At the moment, displacement is 0.78 metric tons, with the waterline exactly on the outer chines. the displacement in the keel is 388 kgs, thus half of the displacement of the entire boat. if i build the hull entirely from 4mm steel, it wil way approx. 556 kg. if i use 3mm steel for the sides (above the waterline), it can be build for approx.
